Q. How long will it take to complete my order?
A. Most orders are completed in 2 - 3 weeks depending on the type of product and complexity or the artwork.
Below is a list of standard production times:
Screen printed products: 7-10 Working Days
Embroidered products: 10-15 Working Days
Promotional products: 10-15 Working Days
*SHIPPING TIME is not included in the above listed production times.
**RUSH SERVICE is available on most items at an additional charge
Q. What is SCREEN PRINTING?
A. Screen Printing is the process of applying ink to an item through a fine polyester mesh screen. These screens used to be made of silk and the process became known as Silkscreening.
Q. What is CAMERA READY artwork?
A. Complete, finalized ARTWORK in a Black & White format which can be photographically enlarged or reduced and still maintain a crisp and clean appearance.
Q. What formats do you accept for ELECTRONIC ARTWORK?
A. We can accept the following Electronic Art formats for use in our Art Department at no extra charge. If you have ANY questions regarding your art, please contact your Sales Associate or the Art Department.

Adobe Acrobat - PDF extensions (high resolution)
The following formats may be usable but will incur Art Fees to transfer, manipulate or re-draw them into a useable form.
Adobe Acrobat - PDF extensions (low resolution)
Internet Images - JPG or GIF extensions
MS Word - DOC extensions (we are unable to use DOCX files at this time)
MS Publisher - PUB extensions
MS PowerPoint - PPT ewtensions
Q. What days are you OPEN?
A. MONDAY - FRIDAY ( 8:00am - 5:00pm)
*Other times available by appointment only.
Q. What is the MINIMUM QUANTITY I can order?
A. Each item has its own minimum quantity but in most cases we can find something to meet your QUANTITY or BUDGET requirements.
Q. Do you STOCK all the products in your catalog?
A. No, we custom order all the products on your order to your specifications.
Q. What TIME will my order be ready?
A. In-house orders will be ready for pickup by 4:30PM on the DUE DATE shown on your order unless requested and confirmed otherwise on your ORDER Acknowledgement.
Specialty Product orders will be shipped OR ready for pickup on the DUE DATE shown on your order.
Q. When will my ARTWORK be done?
A. ARTWORK preparation time varies from job to job depending on the DUE DATE, COMPLEXITY OF THE DESIGN and TYPE OF PRODUCT being produced for your order.
Standard Design Preparation Times are as follows:
Specialty Products: 4-5 Working Days
Screen Printed Products: 5-6 Working Days
Embroidered Products: 6-7 Working Days
Q. Can I make CHANGES to my order?
A. Yes, however this may delay and/or involve additional costs to ADD, DELETE or CHANGE the products on your order.
