Fulfillment Solutions

The fulfillment process begins when the merchandise arrives at Alamo Tees & Advertising’s facility. We carefully count and inspect every item that enters our warehouse to verify the item and quality of the imprint. Merchandise is then stocked on shelves in their designated and labeled area. After checking the receiving count with the vendor invoice, we update the inventory in our system and on the website. Orders from the online company store are automatically downloaded into our system and customers receive an immediate e-mail notification of the order.

Orders are also accepted via phone, fax or mail. After the order is entered, a picking ticket is printed in the warehouse where the order is picked, packed and shipped. A packing list is included in the box. Once the order ships, an e-mail notification with tracking and carrier information is sent to the customer.
